On-site concrete production for deep foundations, marine construction and specialized grouting across British Columbia.
Concrete production
at point of placement
We integrate with drilling, pumping and marine crews to produce the required concrete on site, at the rate the work demands.

Continuous, on-demand concrete supply for primary and secondary piles, with production paced to the drilling operation.

Pumpable concrete produced at the point of placement, supporting continuous flight auger operations without hot-load delays.

Purpose-built support for barge-based, waterfront and remote-access pours where logistics, timing and mix control are critical.
Project-specific mixing and placement support for structural, geotechnical and equipment applications in demanding environments.
From project review to placement
We build the concrete operation around the drilling, marine or grouting program—then produce at the pace of the work.
We review the mix requirements, estimated volume, drilling or placement rate, access, schedule and site constraints.
SCI develops the equipment, material storage, reload, pumping and quality-control plan around the operation.
Mixers and support equipment are positioned on site, then calibrated and verified for the approved project mix.
Concrete or grout is produced at the point of use, with output matched to drilling, pumping or tremie placement.
Production can stop, restart or adjust to field conditions without depending on a stream of ready-mix deliveries.
For larger programs, on-site material systems keep the mixers supplied through long shifts and high-volume production.

Marine division
Marine projects leave little room for supply delays. SCI brings the batch plant to the work—supporting pile pours, structural placements, tremie operations and specialized grout from shore or barge.

Concrete is mixed where it is placed—not hours before.
Match output to drilling, pumping and placement speed.
Change slump or mix design as project conditions change.
Mobile reload systems support long-duration and isolated work.
