Volumetric Mixer Truck Driver and Operator

A Volumetric Mixer Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating a mobile concrete batch plant truck in both urban and rural settings. Their primary role is to represent the company by delivering high-quality concrete to a diverse range of contractors and customers.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience safely driving heavy trucks, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills when interacting with customers.

Additionally, they should demonstrate a thorough understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures, possess a solid knowledge of local and provincial transportation regulations, and exhibit some mechanical aptitude for minor preventative maintenance and pre-shift inspections.

DETAILS

• Trucks need to be maneuvered around congested sites and position them next to pour locations. The successful candidate will be trained on the intricate nature of volumetric mixing trucks and how to operate them competently.
